Wabi-Sabi

Taking a leap of faith into nowhere, I rise up with wings I never knew of.

It has been dark in here for a while. Give me a reason  to open my eyes so I know starlight.

Let us find comfort in being strangers  till we find ourselves again. Pass me by the way time has, Ruthless.

...and one rainy day, they stopped looking eye to eye hoping they will be able to see like once upon a summer.

...and then we travel to escape from ourselves for a while, a reason, a season.

After consuming my fire, you fill me again to the brim and stir up a storm from my ashes.

The higher the top of the world, the steeper the fall. I ponder. Meanwhile, I tread the edge of my hemisphere.

...and once I gathered courage, my weary spirit roared I am the wonder of the galaxy, the power of a falling star.

Sometimes it was the moon Sometimes the sky was to blame An eclipse of egos and the galaxy knew balance.

Thoughts  crash, thunder, break as waves of uncertainty. The shore eyes the horizon, hopeful yet again.

Even if the tide is near, let us build castles before we wait for the drowning I have heard tides have a habit of turning.

It will be a massacre  and steal the breath right out of your rib cage. They will say it was love that took your breath away.

They say there is always a choice. There is. Where there is a choice, there is a raging battle  between the mind and the heart.

...and before this life is over, we all crave for another chance, another life.
